Monitoring each patient’s condition with professional care
Here at Ardent Hospice, we have a visiting nurse that will constantly monitor each patient’s condition. It is our responsibility to look after our patients, so we ensure they are comfortable and in a good state of being. Our nurse will check their health, evaluate their condition, and see that they receive necessary care depending on their health issues. We will also coordinate with physicians and families of patients, so they are updated about the patient’s situation while staying with us.
